has grown steadily since its inception. Our expertise has been
the driving force behind the growth of BCI's client base to
over 200 companies ranging from small closely held companies
to Fortune 1000 companies in a wide range of industries.
Today,
BCI has a consultant/broker team that specializes in designing,
implementing and ensuring the smooth operation of benefit plans
for our clients. The BCI consultant/broker team has a combined
total of over 130 years of employee benefits, human resource
and business experience. The breadth and depth of our experience
leads us to seek employee benefit solutions that strike an appropriate
balance between design elements, cost considerations and the
overall impact on the business entity.
